BY CAR
Florence city. Follow the signs
for Siena. At Porta Romana follow the signs for Poggio Imperiale,
S. Felicità a Ema, Impruneta. After passing Pozzolatico
and Mezzomonte and Monteoriolo take right at Via Riboia, after
500 metres, passing a narrow, at number 6-8 (third gate on
the right) you find the entrance to Podere le Cave.
Autostrada del Sole (A1) exit Firenze-Certosa.
Main road Superstrada Siena-Firenze exit Firenze.
Follow the signs for Greve in Chianti. At the village Tavarnuzze
take left for Impruneta. Take left at the beginning of the
village for Pozzolatico. After 2.7 km, before the village
of Monteoriolo, take left at Via Riboia. after 500 metres,
passing a narrow, at number 6-8 (third gate on the right)
you find the entrance to Podere le Cave.
BY TRAIN
At the central station of Florence (Santa Maria Novella) go
to the bus stop of the CAP buses which which will take you
to Impruneta. Once in Impruneta take a taxi. If not you can
take a taxi from the train station and you'll spend 25 euro
about.
BY AIR
At the airport of Florence you take the ATAF bus to the end-station
at the Santa Maria Novella train station. At the central station
of Florence (Santa Maria Novella) go to the bus stop of the
CAP buses which will take you to Impruneta. Once in Impruneta
take a taxi. If not you can take a taxi from the train station
and you'll spend 30 euro about.
From the airport by car you have
to take the Autostrada del Sole (A1) and exit Firenze-Certosa.

| Impruneta
is located in the green valley between Florence and Greve
in Chianti, famous worldwide for the handworked pottery and
the local production of wine and olive oil. Likewise, there
are many other interesting sights in Impruneta and surrounding
villages. Throughout the year there are festivals and cultural
