Hotel Il Giardino is situated
in Siena, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, just a few
metres from Porta Pispini, one of the medieval gate entrances
to the historical centre of Siena.
From the
North. Take the A1 motorway direction Firenze-Roma
and exit at Firenze Certosa. Follow the signs for Firenze-Siena.
Then follow the signs for Siena and exit at Siena Nord. Drive
past the train station (Stazione FF.SS) and follow the signs
for Porta Ovile. At Porta Ovile you will see the signs for
Porta Pispini and Hotel Il Giardino.
From
the South. Take the A1 motorway direction Firenze-Bologna
and exit at Valdichiana-Siena (please be careful as this exit
is signposted only once). After about 40 km (25 miles), you
arrive at Siena. Here you will see the signs on your left
for Porta Pispini and then for Hotel Il Giardino. |
